Viklang Mand Budhi Kalyan Samiti is a registered voluntary organization with its registered office at Mangali Garden, Rampur Road, Haldwani, Dist. Nainital (U.K.) and Branch Office at H. No. 12, Vidhya Nagar Extn. Ramghat Road, Aligarh (U.P.). The organization was registered on dated 11-12-1996 with registration No. 577/1996-97 since its in option organization has developed its unique report through its works and various activities for the help of Mentally Challenged Children, Unemployed Women Group , to Control Infant and Maternal Mortality Rate etc.
The organization is guided by an executive committee of 9 (Nine) highly qualified and committed social workers. The guiding source of organization is population of slums, parents having mentally challenged children, marginalized and resource less people. Our team of volunteers as well as executive committee who is well equipped with professional skills, knowledge and values render their service for these committee people.
Organization has maintained its reputation for last 17(Seventeen) years and working in around Aligarh as well as in other districts of western U.P. and Uttrakhand.
Our distinguished work experience in different stream viz Mentally Challenged Children, Sanitation Campaign, Livelihood, Vocational training for Women, BPL Survey, Child Labour, to Control Infant and Maternal Mortality Rate make us a vibrant organization of our area.
Repute of organization can be gauged by different finding sources ranging from Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, State Urban Development Authority (SUDA), District Urban Development Authority (DUDA), Mahila Kalyan Nigam, Integrated Child Development Program, CARE Inc (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation).

VMK Special School for Mentally Challenged:-
The National Policy for Persons with Disabilities recognizes that Persons with Disabilities are valuable human resource for the country and seeks to create an environment that provides them equal opportunities, protection of their rights and full participation in society. In consonance with the national policy, organization is running successfully VMK Special School at Haldwani with the support from Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi since Ist of July, 1996. Presently we have 106 enrolled students in the school. Along with taking care of their educational needs we provide vocational support to these students so that they can successfully lead their life after passing out from the school.
Swaran Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojna:-
The Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana(SJSRY) shall seek to provide gainful employment to the urban unemployed or underemployed poor through encouraging the setting up of self-employment ventures or provision of wage employment. This is program will rely on creation of suitable community structures on the UBSP pattern and delivery of inputs under this program shall be through the medium of urban local bodies and such community structures. The preliminary phase of the SJSRY is to conduct base line survey in the area so that beneficiaries for the scheme can be identified.
Organization currently giving vocational training under SJSRY to 105 women in District Hathras.
Training of Urban Community Development Network:-
The organization focuses much on training on different aspects specially for women. So we have developed our self as a training organization and imparted training at different level by recognizing this capacity of organization DUDA provided us training of community development networks at ground level. Under which we are providing training to CDS, Resident Community Volunteers, Neighborhood Committees, Neighborhood Groups etc. Under this we have provided training on thrift and credit, community organization, self employment opportunities etc. Such type of trainings were provided at Nagar Nigam Aligarh & Khair and Jattari area of District Aligarh.
Presently organization is giving training under UCDN program in District Mathura and Vrindavan, Radhakund, Gowardhan, Barsana, Chomuha, Chhata and Kosi area of District Mathura.
